YEAH BABY
Tomorrow I leave for what might be my favorite con of the year - DRAGON CON in Atlanta, GA!
Dragon Con is the most ‘if you know you know’ experience of my year. You’ve either been or you haven’t, you’ve either experienced a con that’s more like Nerd Burning Man than SDCC or you’ve not, and I’m extra excited this year that I have some new friends joining me for their first Dragon Con. Let’s see if they hate it!
I’ll post my schedule below, but Dragon Con is a party. I’ll be hanging out in my Imperial Officer (Governor Arihnda Pryce, if you’re nasty) costume, or an amazing Lady Spock Star Trek TOS dress made for me by a dear friend, so if you see me out and about, hitting the Hilton bar with a bevvy in my hand, come say hi!
And if you want to hear me talk or buy comics/get signatures at my table, here’s my schedule!
WHEEEW gonna be a busy one. But I’m here to have fun, so come have fun with me!
CATWOMAN #68 - 9.18.24
HARLEY QUINN #43 - 9.25.24
DRAGONCON 2024, ATLANTA GA -8.29.24-9.2.24
The lovely John Harris Dunning sent me the first issue of his new book, Summer Shadows, and well, it should be obvious that I adored it.
It’s everything it says on the tin and more, with gorgeous, sexy art by Ricardo Cabral that makes me wish I was on a Mediterranean trip. Unfortunately we’ve surpassed FOC, but tell your comic shop to re-order one for you, and don’t forget to pick it up for a bloody good time on 9/11/24.
Short-ish dispatch today, as I’ve still got much to pack before I take the rest of my week to go to the happiest con on earth, but before I go, I’ll show you a glimpse of this week’s meetings:
Stay weird, talk soon!

I think next year I might finally brave this particular adventure. I just need the next few months to get myself mentally ready.
