Tini: Look everyone, it’s Phenomenocity artist, letterer, and co-creator Phillip Sevy! If you didn’t get to read his last BtaC post, go get caught up and come right back.
While Phenomenocity is free to read at this link, we rely on subscriptions to keep pages flowing, and we try to sweeten the deal for you generous folks with commenting access, creative process peeks, and more. Please considering becoming a paid patron, or if you can’t/already are, consider sharing our work or telling a friend.
Take it away, Phil!
Hello and welcome back, everyone! We’re getting to the end of our second week and while we haven’t been as aggressive as our launch week, we’ve still got PLENTY of content to share as we build up to the release of Chapter 2.
This week, we’re gonna look at two things. First up - a sneak peek for everyone at the Mini Print I’m working on for the Yearly and Founder level. I haven’t completed it and we haven’t printed it yet, so there’s still time to up your subscription to get it. First up - here are the layouts:
We’re actually looking at doing two miniprints - Layout A for the Yearly subscribers and Layout D for the Founders. I’m currently penciling layout D right now and wanted to give you all a sneak peek at it.
I’ll keep you updated as this image moves to inks and full colors! But for now, just a tease at some of the cool gifts we have planned for our higher tiered subscribers.
And for those paid subscribers, I’m including a timelapse video of pages 2-8 of Chapter 1. You get to see all my hard work (probably 80+ hours of work) in 7 minutes. As per last time, I’ve recorded some basic commentary about the creation of the pages and my process.
